Roof Surveys
It has become common place for mortgage lenders to insist that potential buyers instruct a qualified roofing contractor to inspect the roof of a property that they are considering buying.
LAB Roofing can carry out a full independent roof survey that will report on items found within a Homebuyers Survey, that relate to the roof condition. This typically includes items such as roof windows, fascia boards, guttering, chimneys and roof tiles or slates.
The report will include written quotations for any repair work that may be required as well as pictures where relevant.
